Lismore GAA Christmas Fair
Our annual Christmas fair has again proven to be a huge success. Winners of the hampers were Pat Reaney, Bernard Pratt and Ber Nugent. The winner of “Guess the Weight” Christmas cake competition was Clodagh Landers who guessed correctly at 9lbs 4oz. Special thanks to Ann O’ Gorman for her wonderful creation. Sincere gratitude is extended to Robert O’ Sullivan who donated the entire proceeds of his Christmas wreaths back to the club. They were indeed a huge success. To all the committee who helped out before, during and after the fair, a huge thank you. A special mention to Breda Hennessy Duggan who helped out enormously on the day. Last, but not least, sincere thank you to Santa and Mrs. Claus for taking the time out of their hectic Christmas schedule to come all the way to Lismore to meet and greet with the children and their families.
